Job Summary

Responsibilities

The role:

Reporting to APAC HR Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns strategic objectives with human resources deliveries to designated countries, India and Sri Lanka. The candidate formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver valuable service to management that reflect the strategic objectives of the organization.

The position holder serves as a consultant to global and regional HR and business leaders on people related issues in the designated geographies, and is responsible for HR operations in the countries in compliance to country laws and regulations. In this role the position holders manages 2 resources based on Bangalore.

Business Partnering

  • Provides advice and direction to Leadership Team as part of the local management team member to improve work relationships, build morale, increase efficiency and retention. Provide consultation and mentor to managers where appropriate.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with company management. Works closely, partners and provides advice to regional or country senior leadership functions.
  • Leverage HR SMEs to provide total solutions by address separate issues in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, etc. in detailed way.

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Developing recruiting strategies and hiring plans for the region.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives in consideration of the efficiencies and effectiveness of hiring activities while encouraging positive candidate experience.

Employee Communication & Relation

  • Ensure HR matters handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company s requirements
  • Manage and resolve sophisticated employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, in partnership with in country HR and Legal team
