Job Summary Primary responsibilities:
  • HR Plans and Strategy for Food & Beverages Industry
  • Laying the roadmap and formulation of strategy for HR plans and initiatives in line with the best practices pertaining to Student Housing Community.
  • Identification, formulation and implementation of action plan to address organisational HR issues.
  • Identification of focus areas in line with the organisation's vision
  • Setting up group goals for carrying out all HR processes as per the industry standard (Food & Beverages Industry )
Budgeting and Cost Consciousness
  • Annual budgeting for all HR activities keeping in mind the organisation's overall allocation for HR
Recruitment Strategy aligned with Food & Beverages
  • Formulation and implementation of recruitment strategy and plan, including manpower planning, in line with the business plans as per the growth strategy of the company
  • All hiring to be aligned as per the need of Food & Beverages Industry.
Formulation of Sourcing strategy
  • Employee Satisfaction and Morale linked with Customer of Food & Beverages industry feedback
  • Design, review and implementation of an effective grievance redressal system
HR Operations
  • Strategy for benefits administration and payroll processing for all employees of all
F&B
  • Action Plan for effective Grievance Handling across all Hostels
  • Ownership for Statutory Compliance Pan-India as per the law.
  • Formulating the action plan for improvement based on the data emerging out of the MIS
Performance Management
  • Conceptualizing and designing an entire performance management system
Experience Required :
