Job Summary
  • Understand business requirements and prepare manpower planning in consultation with Management.
  • Design talent acquisition strategy and develop system to attract quality talent in the organization.
  • Develop & improve selection process. Ensure on boarding process is completed as per the time line.
  • Design & conduct orientation program for all new joiners . Complete 30/60/90 days induction process.
  • Review performance of new joiners during probation and provide guidance to improve on job performance.
  • Design job description for all positions. Identify key result areas along with competencies for clarity of performance expectations.
  • Plan and conduct quarterly performance appraisals. Compile performance data and submit to Management. Ensure performance feedback is given to employees.
  • Identify performance gaps. Convert gaps in to individual development plan. Ensure development plans are completed as per given schedule.
  • Understand training needs and design training calendar. Arrange training programs as per calendar.
  • Develop tools to measure the training effectiveness. Take appropriate steps to improve learning.
  • Design HR and Administration policies according to business needs. Update and communicate policies across the organization. Handle grievances of employees and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Plan and conduct employee engagement initiatives to develop sound culture in the organization. Motivate employees and take measures to reduce attrition.
  • Conduct employee meetings to maintain cordial relations and improve HR effectiveness.

Purpose: To manage Human Asset Management operations . Responsible for employee life cycle management.

Graduation/PG
Experience Required :

10 to 20 Years
