Job Summary
- At least 12years experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role.
- Knowledge of compliance requirement and labour laws across India, SEA and Pakistan
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources Management in India, SEA and Pakistan preferably gained in a global environment.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and modelling
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, prioritize assignments, and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement.
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively as well as handle sensitive and confidential situations with care.
- A desire to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management experience and a very strong command of Excel preferred.
