Position Name: Business Development Manager-International Accounting Services
Job Requirements:
Responsible for managing lead generation, rapport maintenance, understanding of client
needs and closure of deals after negotiation.
Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability.
Establish & extend the company s market leadership through effective contributions towards
Business Development, Sales & Key Account Management.
Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.
Educational Qualifications: Any graduate/postgraduate degree (Commerce first preference; Science
second preference) with adequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting field,
with a flair for engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in handling International clients in sales and business
development activities through phone, e-mail, video, in-person meetings. Preferably no gap in
working and looking for stability.
Overall Candidate Profile Desired:
Good academic track record
Must have prior experience in international business development.
Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability.
Self Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency.
Ability to manage the profile independently with least amount of hand holding.
Fluent English Skills (both written and oral) needed for communicating with overseas clients.
Explore the market, identify potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline.
Establish and maintain strong relations with key decision makers of clients.
Explore the web and other information sources, filter useful information for identifying
leads/new opportunities.
