Mandatory Skills: 2-3 Years experience in technical project management. 2-3 years' experience in stakeholder management. Deep understanding of Pyspark/python/azure. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Agile/Scrum Certification is a plus. Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of projects, including scope, timelines, resource allocation and overall smooth delivery of the project. Candidate will be responsible for managing the team which includes assignment of tasks, setting goals, providing guidance, unblocking the team technically, evaluating performance and performing code reviews. Candidate should be technically sound on handling technically aspects of project delivery, including software development methodologies, python and pyspark along with azure cloud. Candidate will be responsible for customer/stakeholder management by communicating project progress to stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring that stakeholders are satisfied with project outcomes. Candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing risks associated with technical delivery. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet quality standards and are delivered to the highest standard.
