Technical Delivery Manager (.net) Job in Syren Technologies Private Limited

Responsibilities - Work with Leads to ensure development efficiency and requirement satisfaction. - Proactively plot a clear path from initial commit to finishing touches. - Write code outside of proof of concepts , emergency scenarios . - Being able to read and understand code across various languages and frameworks is critical. - Take input from senior engineers and software architects and augment it with your own experience and current market research to evaluate tools and frameworks to be used in projects. - Be the go-to person when it comes to anything technical. - Propose designs to build features. - Identify creative solutions to remove blockers in the development process, while maintaining overall quality and robustness. - Manage and coordinate updates to existing code bases. - You are a decision-maker and should be able to either back up your decisions with sound reasoning or quickly adapt when shown a better path. - Offer thought-leadership, expertise and guidance to other engineers including iOS and Android, Frontend, Backend Engineers and QA staff. - Be able to build and run software yourself so that in you always have a strong grasp on how projects are running. Key Technical Skills - React, C#, Azure Services, JIRA, Git & other Microsoft Technologies Prerequisites - At least 12+Yrs of total experience with 2+ years experience as Delivery Manager
