The candidate s job role is to address technical issues related to the upgrades and installation of voice product portfolio.

Job Description:

  • Resolving customer complaints with respect to voice product portfolio
  • Impart voice product trainings to dealer engineers and new joinees
  • Unresolved service complaint escalations to HO
  • Credit note clearance
  • Processing AMC Sales Order Forms
  • Maintaining AMC/ Demo stock
  • Testing cards of voice products
Experience Required :

4 to 7 Years
