Job Summary
  • Resolving customer complaints with respect to Surveillance product portfolio
  • Online/ remote service & demo support to channel partners and end-users
  • Impart surveillance product training to dealer engineers and new joinees
  • Unresolved service complaint escalations to HO
  • Implementation support to channel partners
  • Testing of Surveillance products
  • Product Repair/RMA coordination with the branch, channel partners & OEMs
  • Escalating, coordinating and resolving channel partners issues with OEMs
  • SPOC OEMs for the escalated partner-related queries
Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
