Job Summary
- Resolving customer complaints with respect to Surveillance product portfolio
- Online/ remote service & demo support to channel partners and end-users
- Impart surveillance product training to dealer engineers and new joinees
- Unresolved service complaint escalations to HO
- Implementation support to channel partners
- Testing of Surveillance products
- Product Repair/RMA coordination with the branch, channel partners & OEMs
- Escalating, coordinating and resolving channel partners issues with OEMs
- SPOC OEMs for the escalated partner-related queries
Experience Required :
2 to 4 Years
