Technically sound person with experience in Surveillance, VDP, T&M products.
Job description:
- Online/ remote service & demo support to channel partners and end users
- Follow-up with partners for demo updates
- Implementation support to channel partners
- Impart training to partners and Services team at regular intervals
- Product Repair/RMA coordination with branch, channel partners & OEMs
- Escalating, coordinating and resolving channel partners issues with OEMs
- SPOC OEMs for the escalated partner related queries
Experience Required :
3 to 6 Years
