Job Summary

Job Description

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy to have ZERO Customer Complaints regarding the service.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing team to ensure the material is received by millennium on time and is delivered to the customer as per the schedule.
  • Should be able to effectively manage the Schedule Variance and a detailed root cause analysis report is shared with all the stakeholders.
  • Must adhere to the billing schedule and plan as per the customer request.
  • Strict Adherence to the TAT for Purchase order to Sales Order Conversion.
  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Work with finance team to get clarity on the customer outstand payments and dues.
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements
  • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Qualifications and other skills:

  • The candidate should be BE/B-TECH or equivalent degree in Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation. Vocational course in Supply chain Process will be preferred.
  • The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain Management with minimum 4 years experience of team handling.
  • Experience working in a distribution business will be preferred.
  • Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
