Job Purpose
We are seeking an outstanding scientist with a strong background in Immunoassay and Cell based assays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing ELISA, Luminex and ELISPOT based assays.

Firm understanding of the principles and cell types of the immune system.

Experience at isolation of PBMCs from the human whole blood.

Good working knowledge of isolation and enrichment of human (and/or mouse) primary immune cells (T cells, B cells, NK cells, Macrophages etc).

Sound knowledge of Multicolour flowcytometry based immune phenotyping (highly preferred).

Well verse with cell viability, proliferation and cytotoxicity (ADCC, CDC) assays.

Good working knowledge on cytokine release assays (both intracellular and soluble formats).

Binding and phagocytosis assays.

Experience at culturing human primary T cells, NK cells, Macrophages.

Experience at transfection and/or transduction of Primary cells (T cells) and cell lines.

Experience at culture, propagation and maintenance of cell lines of various origins.

Excellent attention to experimental details, data documentation and clear communication ofcompiled data.

Excellent verbal/written communication and ability to communicate effectively with high transparency is essential.

Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical sciences
Technical/functional Skills:
- Experience with multicolour flow cytometry and data analysis, cytotoxicity, cell proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle assays.
- Experience in working with mouse primary immune cells, harvesting and generating mouse DCs, macrophages, T cells and B cells.
- ELISA, Luminex and ELISPOT based assays.
- Experience with antibody affinity characterization using Octet and Biacore.
- DNA/RNA extraction, western blotting, PCR.
Experience:
6-10years of experience post qualification.
Behavioral Skills:
- Ability to manage a team of professionals to deliver quality work within the time frame, train and coach junior scientists, inculcate good work ethics.

- Excellent verbal/written communication and ability to communicate effectively with high transparency is essential.
