Job Position: Talent AcquisitionExecutive / HR Recruiter

Location: Bodakdev,Ahmedabad

Employee strength: 25+

Shift Time : 9.45AM - 6.15PM

Working Days : 6 (1st Sat off)

Qualification : Graduate

Gender : Only Female

CTC: As per Industry standards

Job description

Must know full cycle end-to-end recruitment and who can work as an Individual Contributor, fulfil requirement Should be very strong in lateral hiring and identifying candidates from product IT companies.
Must have an experience on multiple Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media etc. Extremely strong in sourcing thru conventional and unconventional methods.
Good track record of fulfilling niche skill sets and performed under pressure.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills; Good at MIS, Reports, Excel, PPT etc.
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and eager to learn & grow
Experience of working in product IT company will be an added advantage
