Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with department heads and technical personnel to schedule and manage technical interview rounds.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Assist in the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
- Highly active in learning new trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment and HR.
- Actively participate in company events and activities, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (internship experience is considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Passionate about pursuing a career in HR, eager to learn, and actively engaged in company activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
