Job Summary JobDescription
  • Own all user interface copy and messaging on Swiggy consumer app across allproduct areas
  • Create compelling content across interface copy, onboarding, landing pages etc.
  • Improve overall effectiveness of our products ensuring clear communication of the value proposition
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers throughout the product design anddevelopment process
  • Work with legal and support to ensure frictionless product launch
  • Leverage data and research to evaluate content s effectiveness and impact bothpre-launch and post-launch
  • Ensure consistency in the voice of our product and brand across various product areas

Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience as a UX writer who has worked extensively with product managers and UX designers
  • Possess great written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced with writing or editing content for web and mobile experiences
  • Have empathy for users and a knack for storytelling
  • Attention to details/detail oriented
