- 2-7 years of experience delivering delightful and informative copy and an applicable educational background in technology, writing, design, and communication.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for translating brand elements into UI copy, documentation, and product messaging.
- Successful experience working with enterprise, hyper-converged, and cloud administrative products.
- Ability to communicate information design truth to all levels of an organisation. Knowledge and experience using design thinking and user testing methodologies. Proven history of building consensus across various stakeholders and skill sets. Expertise with professional writing and publishing tools and techniques.
