Job Summary
  • 3+ years of experience in the role of HR Executive
  • Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks
  • Must have experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, Experience letter, Relieving letter.
  • Taking care of the joining formalities of the new joiner, Induction.
  • Managing company-wide employee engagement
  • Work with HR Head to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Experience Required :
