Job Summary

Overview:

Inside Sales is a challenging level position involving research and lead generation via Google, LinkedIn, and calling etc. Inside Sales Specialist will be a highly motivated and self-starter person able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. He/she will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads based on in-depth research & competitor analysis for focused verticals.

Achieve the set target of qualified leads to be generated campaign wise for Sales team.

Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information.

Orient sales manager about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercise and assist in building sales collaterals to orient prospective clients.

Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. Analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects.

Persistent follow up with client. Communicates in a clear & timely manner to ensure on building lasting relations.

Understands non-verbal and underlying cues of the prospects and aims to maximize on them.

Create and maintain database for future reference and use.

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.

Desired Skills:

2-5 years of experience in Inside sales role for Global geographies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fair understanding of different geographies including US, UK, Canada, Australia etc.

Experience in generating leads for IT services and solutions.

Positive attitude & Go-getter.
