Position:Sr Technical Product Manager - Telecom Domain

Location:Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the platform. Requirement gathering, analysis and planning requirement in discussion with Engineering.

Prioritize requirements based on complexity, customer commitment, efforts, resources. Ready to do trade-off based on situation in hand.

Preparation of Product requirement document, getting it vetted by stake holders. Justifying Business case for requirements received. Translating business case into product requirements and adding to roadmap.

Work with UX/UI team for shaping of better user experience for platform interfaces

Facilitate discussions between engineering team, other PLMs and stakeholders. Finalize on solution post discussion and document the solution.

Understanding of Agile methodology. Participate in sprints to make sure delivery is happening per product requirement document. Preparing the product backlog

Creates concept documents for any new idea, SWOT analysis, impact analysis, market positioning of requirements and solutions

Understanding of current trend in platform technologies pertaining to Data Analytics

Work with different stakeholders from Business, Engineering, Pre-sales and Solutions Engineering team

Good sense of ownership and driving initiatives considering high visibility for role in organization

Qualification/Desired Profile of Candidate:

Ability to understand business requirements and translate to technology implementation

Very strong communication skills, high in passion and sense of ownership

Quintessential team player balancing demands of multiple solutions, applications, engineering and delivery teams

Working knowledge of SaaS B2B based platforms Mandatory.

Good understanding of Micro-services architecture will be bonus.

A small background in Telecom will be optional and bonus.

Understanding of technology evolution pertaining to platforms or modern Cloud technologies

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate in engineering

Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in a product/application development organization
