Job Summary
What you'll do Collaborating with Product Management on the vision for Data Pipelines Product and creating a product roadmap Using your knowledge of the product vision and architectural direction to manage a product backlog, including writing detailed stories with acceptance criteria Synthesizing customer and stakeholder requirements to create a value aligned, prioritized product backlog Leads cross-functional teams (scrum teams) with product backlog refinement events that best setup teams with their planning and execution Ensures product backlog items are chunked into understandable and consumable stories for their scrum team Collaboratively leads defining and setting sprint goals Collaborates in events of team reflection to help with team introspection, inspection, and adaptation Leveling up Definition of Done with Scrum Team, ensuring clarity with team commitments Working closely with engineers, architects, and product managers to modernize Hevo's data pipeline platform
