Assistant Manager - Taxation - Finance and Accounts

Job Objective

If you have a knack for keeping yourself abreast with all the existing and upcoming tax laws for corporates and individuals also in ensuring compliance, then we are eager to meet you

Role Objectives.

1) Compliances under GST which includes computations, registrations, filing returns, refunds

2) Filing of quarterly TDS return

3) Filing of Income Tax Return and Transfer Pricing Return as per the provisions of Income Tax Act,1961

4) Correspondence with the Statutory Authorities for completion of assessment and prompt response to their notices.

5) Reconciliation of various statutory Returns with financials

Job Description

1) To co-ordinate between team members in accomplishing and executing various task

2) To assist team members in extracting data from the systems and implement changes required in the accounting system for executing various tasks as per tax laws

3) To plan various activities in advance for smooth & timely execution so that MIS is provided to the management in time

4) Reviewing checklist of statutory compliance under Tax laws & ensure strict compliance of the same

5) To coordinate with the Auditors and for timely completion of the same

6) To keep eye on recent amendments in law for prompt implementation of the same

7) To file various Returns within the due date with accuracy & completeness of data

8) To Review & assist in timely finalization of tax liability for payments and various returns

9) To prepare and keep records for GST compliance like - Self invoicing, invoice for Cross charge, etc

Key Competencies Required

Good understanding of taxation laws

Knowledge of Microsoft office with good analytical skills
