- Job Requirement:- Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Inside Sales
- Number of Position:- 10 Positions (Navi Mumbai)
- Reporting to:- Retail Sales Head
- Education & Experience Requirements :-
- Mandatory: A Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Preferable: A secondary degree of MBA Sales/ Marketing from reputed college or University
- Experience Level (Mandatory):-
- Mandatory: Three years of Internal Sales Experience.
- Mandatory: Total of 5 years of experience
- Mandatory Key Requirements:-
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience in dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Similar work Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effective
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills in English
- Strong pitching skills
- Excellent Grooming, positive attitude, outspoken and presentable personality
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
- Should have a track record of Building Strong Relationships
- Job Summary:- The main purpose of this position is to play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Job Description:-
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
