Job Summary

Sales Manager Objectives of this role Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals and making forecasts. Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships. Job Description: Identify & understand customer requirements, create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach. Define market and customize the product and services offerings as per customer requirements. Prepare reports related to market scenarios and apprise senior management of market intelligence. Take a leading role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create business opportunities. Identifying the prospective clients and market potential for the business of contract logistics and 3PL Develop a strong target customer pipeline and focus sales effort to penetrate and convert the target to clients. Developed business plan for sales strategies as per the market to ensure attainment of company s goals and profitability. Meet with potential clients and develop long-lasting relationships that address their needs. Work in coordination with Operations and Finance in satisfying customer requirements by improving communication and collaboration. Keep close alignment with Solutions Development and Segment managers of 3SC. Responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual sales targets as Planned. Work in coordination with finance & legal team to update price and terms & conditions in contract. Support Go/No-Go process by qualifying potential opportunities. Job Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in managing sales for Warehousing & Distribution 3PL, Contract logistics, Consulting Business Development in a corporate set-up. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Superb leadership ability, results oriented and Customer focused. Consultative Selling of services. Possess a go-getter attitude & should be target oriented. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any stream MBA preferably from Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operations
