Job Summary

Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on project progress, including status updates, key milestones, and budget/spending.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Experience in implementation/ user acceptance testing, testing, or migration of a minimum of 2 (Two) SAP ECC/S4 HANA Implementation/Upgrade projects, including project and program management experience. Experience in Govt/ BFSI sector and

banking domain knowledge in India would be preferred.
Certification in any one of the modules of the given RFP, i.e., CML/FICO/HCM/TRM/ Risk management/ Project Management
