Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can completely take care of the planning of the project starting from learning the requirements from the client to successfully end delivery of the project. The ideal candidate should have a sense of programming, an expert in logic, and experience in delivering applications in PHP/Mobile Application & its different CMS & Frameworks, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Responsibilities

• Can Lead, Manage & Coordinate with Development Staff, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Technical Heads, and Team Leaders.
• Strong Technical Knowledge and experience in delivering applications in PHP, Mobile application & its different CMS & framework, MySql, Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3.
• Well versed with Project Management, Planning, Monitoring, Control, Quality Initiation, Lifecycle
• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
• Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills
• Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery; creating Procedure and Agreement Documents
• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverable
• Preparing Time and work estimate for the project
• Coordination between clients and the team in the company to get a successful outcome of the project ensuring utmost client satisfaction
• Leading & Managing the Teams
• Responsible for generating revenue / repeated business from existing clients.
• Must be good in Jira/Basecamp/Asana or any other Project management tool.

Qualification & Skills

• A minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• Proven working experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager in the IT sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web & mobile technologies.
• Strong background in programming or experience in delivering applications in PHP & its different CMS & Frameworks, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience in managing software development teams including introduction and maintenance of development processes and procedures
• Highly organized with an ability to make decisions based on accurate information
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
• Team-player and high-performance team builder,
• Self-managing and takes accountability for successful development and delivery
• Any certification(s) in Project Management like PMP, CSM, etc. Will be preferred
