Job Summary
Role & Responsibilities
- Proven work experience in recruitment, as a Technical Recruiter
- Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Reviewing and Shortlisting of Profiles from job portals, networking sites, and referencing networking.
- Keeping track of all applicants and informing applicants on the application process.
- Sharing feedback to candidate posts each round
