Job Description

  • Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.

  • Has to be a Company brand ambassador over various social channels.
  • Detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates,
    • Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.
    • Taking first round of HR and Technical interview.
    • Scheduling the candidates for next round of interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
    • Rolling out offers and salary negotiation.
    • Follow up with the candidate till they are onboarded.
  • Carry out joining formalities.
  • Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment and strong in IT recruitment.
  • Should be able to identify information gaps in CVs.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA HR or Any Post Graduate degree in HR
  • Min. 3 years of past experience as Technical Recruiter
  • Good understanding of various programming languages like DotNet, PHP, Java, iOS, Android, Flutter, ReactNative, Javascript, etc.
  • Able to screen candidates with basic technical questions.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
