Job Summary
Job Title: SeniorTechnicalRecruiter
Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
No. of positions: 05
Work Hours: 07:30PM to 05:30AM IST
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Client Account Managers in servicing enterprise client requirements by sourcing, qualifying, screening and formatting the application package of suitable candidates.
- This role requires ability to research and network, developing strategies to find suitable talent.
- Finding talent through social professional media, resume databases, referrals and networking, broader talent research and bespoke advertising campaigns.
Required Skills:
- 12-36 months of Tech Recruitment experience, preferably in US market.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Technology or Computer Science, preferred.
- Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills required.
