Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in sourcing and screening candidate profiles via job boards, social media, and advanced recruitment tools, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, facilitating interview panels, and ensuring a seamless offer process and candidate onboarding.
  • Oversee the onboarding process by coordinating new hire logistics, preparing documentation, issuing appointment letters, and ensuring proper induction, while managing the distribution of company assets and welcome communications.
  • Execute thorough reference checks, manage performance evaluations, and issue confirmation letters following probation assessments.
  • Lead campus placement initiatives, manage trainee onboarding processes, and ensure adherence to training schedules and outcome assessments.
  • Maintain and update insurance reports, oversee policy renewals, and manage the reimbursement process with precision and accuracy.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement events, handle grievance resolution, and gather feedback to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audit processes, and facilitating compliance.
  • Effectively communicate policy updates, event details, and organizational announcements through official HR communication channels.
    Manage the employee exit process by following up on resignations, coordinating clearance procedures, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
