Job Summary
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Promote company s reputation as best place to work
  • Knowhow of various recruitment portals
  • Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers)
  • Preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
  • Interact and communicate with employees regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Brainstorm and conduct R&R
  • Handle complaints and grievances
  • Conduct induction and on-boarding
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interviewing Skills
  • Basic Analytical Skills
  • Administration Skills
  • Human resource management aptitude

Qualification :
BBA/ MBA with major in HR/ Diploma or Certificate in HR/ Graduation with flair for HR
