Job Summary

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate and manage employee on boarding and off boarding processes.
Manage employee data, including personnel files and HRIS data entry.
Manage employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Support performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in special projects and HR-related initiatives as needed.
