Job Summary

Key Job Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Will oversee all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the Group s existing ERP, implementation of new ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications. 2. Provides leadership and best practices to the Enterprise Applications team and the Corporate. 3. Provide leadership and technical direction for full lifecycle enterprise application. 4. Design and deliver solutions that are reliable, scalable, secure and perform at service levels associated with mission critical solutions. 5. Establish delivery metrics for delivery efficiency as well as quality. 6. Be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and higher ups and build networks across Internal IT, User s, and Partners 7. Architect solutions by mapping user requirements to reusable end-to-end business application solutions 8. Engage in senior level business decision discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes. 9. Deliver and articulate effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes. 10. Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, this includes managing multi-phase / multi-dimensional / multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high user satisfaction. 11. Mentor members of the technical team helping grow and shape their development. 12. Remain current with emerging delivery methodologies and technology trends. Skills and Requirements: 1. ERP Management: Will be responsible for all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the Group s ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications. 2. Recommendation: To recommend alternative technologies or improvements to enhance information systems to support organizational goals. These recommendations are presented clearly and understandably to senior management. 3. Experience: Experience in managing and implementing large and complex ERPs and delivering multi-platform operational application support. 4. Key initiatives: Ability to design, develop and drive key initiatives across various business verticals to achieve the business goals. 5. Experience: Experience in building large scale, resilient distributed systems. Experience with Product-centric Organizations will be preferable. 6. Relationship Management: Ability to provide leadership in managing relationship with various business and functional heads to drive strong alignment across the group leadership team
