JOB FUNCTIONS:

C&B Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of a global total rewards strategy to support and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains, and rewards at the field and corporate level.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive TR strategy, and programs including work/life balance programs and modern benefits together with Global C&B Team Lead
  • Strategically assesses the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives; identifies best practices and benchmarks; and develops recommendations for modifications to align to HR strategy and business goals.
  • Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards.
  • Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs.
  • Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations.
  • Be in connection with the market; learn and study all the compensation schemes of the top-10 closest competitors; knowing their advantages and disadvantages
  • Determine and implement metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing HR and Total Rewards programs.
  • Work in strict collaboration with Business Areas to define STI programs and measure the effectiveness.
  • Lead grading program and its continuous implementation. Work at the internal salary structure.
  • Managing and Developing C&B and Operations Team; coaching and guiding them
  • Consulting Managers team on the C&B issues that arise
  • Making sure C&B practices of the company are compliant with local legislation

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
  • + 6 years of experience in Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits).
  • SHRM-CP is a plus
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders is essential for this role.
  • A strong knowledge of salary practices/legal restrictions in India.
  • A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essential
  • Strong project management, analytical, organisational and excel skills are essential
