Your day-to-day:
Manage customer queries adhering to a daily schedule that includes a mix of: Phones, three (3) simultaneous chats, and emails ensuring clients have a quick response time with same-day replies
Delight our customers. You ll pull out all the stops to deliver a memorable experience (in a I can t wait to tell my friends about this fabulous service way)
Research social media platforms and generate reports for the same.
Additional store manager duties as needed
We d love to hear from you if you have:
Proven track record in managing teams; distributed teams a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Not only will you talk to people on the phone, you ll communicate with our customers in writing as well.
Must have a friendly and welcoming nature.
Self-starter, who can work independently and enthusiastically to ensure customer success
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Applicants who are enthusiastic about the Tattoo business is a plus.
