Job Summary Manager - Talent Acquisition (BFSI) Department: Corporate Group Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Corporate Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end talent acquisition, with a strong focus on building and maintaining a strong employer brand within the BFSI (Consulting and Advisory Group) sector. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the entire talent acquisition process for BFSI functions, from sourcing to onboarding. Self-source for senior roles within the BFSI, Consulting, and Advisory sectors. Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leaders, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and attract top talent. Meet hiring targets within defined SLAs while ensuring quality of hire, time-to-fill, cost per hire, and positive candidate and stakeholder experiences. Provide regular reporting on key metrics and hiring recommendations based on market insights. Strengthen employee referral programs and facilitate internal mobility. Negotiate offers with selected candidates and partner with HR and hiring managers. Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices. Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and applicant tracking systems. Required Qualifications and Skills: MBA 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on BFSI recruitment Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent within the BFSI sector Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for building a strong employer brand and fostering a positive candidate experience Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Open Positions: 1 Mandatory Skills: BFSI Recruitment, Stakeholder Management, Talent Acquisition Additional Keywords: Talent Sourcing, Lateral Hiring, Executive Hiring, Employer Branding, Diversity and Inclusion
