Social Panga is looking for Associate Group Account Manager who will work closely with a wide range of clients, understand their digital requirements, and lead the internal team to satisfy these requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a long-standing professional relationship with the clients to achieve brand stickiness.
• Working with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers for strategising and implementing campaigns for the clients.
• Leading and presenting the campaigns to the clients
• Working with the respective subject matter expert and ensuring the quality and promptness of the deliverables.
• Acting as the protagonist for effective communications between the internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency while strategising campaigns.

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative;
• Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail; drive;
• A passion for digital marketing and an understanding of what makes a good digital campaign;
• Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism;
