Job Summary

Experience: 6 - 8 years of account management experience with a leading advertising agency

Job Brief: The Group Account Manager would play an integral role in the controlling and handling a team of Account Managers and Executives. This role involves being a liaison between the team and upper management.

  • He / She will be actively involved in ensuring the dailys operational tasks are smoothly executed by the team.
  • Play an active role in finding opportunities to grow key accounts.
  • Act as a company representative in case of any escalations
  • Bridging the gap between Strategy Team,Senior Designers and Senior Copywriters
  • Leading brainstorming sessions with senior members of content team and come up with suitable campaigns for clients
  • Serving as an expert to the client and enabling them to take right calls.
  • We do not believe in unnecessary upselling
  • Assisting the BD team during Pitch work
  • Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client
  • Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.
  • Knowledge of Tech projects will be an added advantage
  • You will be expected to share knowledge and experience to help groom the juniors

Skills:

  • Preferably a Postgraduate (MBA) from a reputed institute
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) & Google Suite
  • Work experience at a Media/ Advertising Agency mandatory
  • Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
