Job Summary
We are looking for an HR who is ready to handle various personnel-related administrative duties like recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff in all teams.
Your role is to monitor the daily workflow of all departments and ensure smooth communication and immediate resolution of all queries. You should maintain knowledge of HR shared services, best practices, and regulatory changes. You must be aware of new human resources technologies, Payroll management, attendance and leave management, employment law and other HR metrics.
As an HR, you are expected to provide timely performance evaluations and handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
