Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Human Resources with 15 to 20 years of demonstrated expertise in both Corporate HR and Manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies, HR and Industrial Relations (IR), compliance, Factory Act regulations, and Performance Management Systems (PMS). They will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
