Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Reporting To: Segment Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • 360 degree end-to-end recruitment on mid to senior positions
  • Handle a team of 3-4 Talent Acquisition Specialists and mentor and guide them to meet the Revenue targets
  • Lead will also act as a Client Relationship Manager for the assigned clients and ensure smooth Service Delivery

Performance Indicators:

  • Teams Revenue Target Achievement
  • Number of placements from the Team
  • Acceptance and rejection % for Team
  • Submission Turn-around Time

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team Handling experience

Office Location

1108, 11Th Floor, Abhishree Adroit, Nr. Sunrise Mall, Mansi Cross Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad


Shift Timings:

10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)

2nd and 4th Saturday weekly off
