Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
Reporting To: Segment Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- 360 degree end-to-end recruitment on mid to senior positions
- Handle a team of 3-4 Talent Acquisition Specialists and mentor and guide them to meet the Revenue targets
- Lead will also act as a Client Relationship Manager for the assigned clients and ensure smooth Service Delivery
Performance Indicators:
- Teams Revenue Target Achievement
- Number of placements from the Team
- Acceptance and rejection % for Team
- Submission Turn-around Time
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team Handling experience
Office Location
1108, 11Th Floor, Abhishree Adroit, Nr. Sunrise Mall, Mansi Cross Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Shift Timings:
10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)
2nd and 4th Saturday weekly off
