Required Qualifications
  • Identifying your organization s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
  • You will be managing and leading a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy
  • Provide innovative ways to help drive to company s hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web/social sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to build the candidate pipeline including portals
  • Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company s success
  • Developing and retaininga diverse talent acquisition team & managing and delivering reports and data when required
Roles and Resposibilities
  • 5 + Years in-house recruiting experience with real passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions
  • Ability to develop candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing techniques
  • Experience in handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients
  • Applicant Tracking System experience
