Job Descriptions

• Approaching Individual and Entrepreneurs for Selling entrepreneur education program / motivational talks.
• Develop new accounts and maintain the relationship with existing account.
• Lead Business Development activities in their respective areas.
• Achieve annual sales targets under the guidance of Business Head.
• Providing a broad range of business development services.
• Interaction with all internal departments and customers to design, negotiate, and drive to close the deal.
• Accountable to develop, implement and manage Business Development activities and help the teams to deliver their financial targets.
• Updating CRM & Daily Activity Report on daily basis.

Desired Profile

• Strong communication skills and capable of handling key accounts individually.
• Should be a team player with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Should be willing to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.
• Preferably from service industry i.e. Concept selling.
• Should love to read and write.
• Preferably from service industry i.e. Loans/Insurance any other industry like Exhibition who s client sourcing/base is Mirco Small Medium Enterprise (MSME).

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum graduation is required along with sales experience of 3 to 5 years (BDM)
• Diploma/PG from known business school.

Location: Mumbai/ Across INDIA (we have branches across India i.e. Mumbai, Surat , Ahmedabad, Delhi , Rajkot, Kerala).

Qualification: Graduates, Post Graduates Business Management/ Marketing/ PGDBM.

Experience: 3- 5 yrs in Sales & Business Development with a direct sales company.
