Job Summary Business Development Manager - Stone & Marble Location: Delhi About the Role: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the stone and marble industry and a passion for building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Brand Positioning: Establish Tenax as the preferred brand of solutions for stone and marble applications in assigned territories. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, methods, product categories, and pricing within the stone chemicals segment. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance engagement with architects, major contractors, and key outlets in the stone category. Customer Relationship Management: Identify, profile, and cultivate strong relationships with premium architects and large-scale stone contractors. Implement loyalty programs to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Channel Sales Management: Drive sales of stone chemicals through a network of key outlets, ensuring branding activities, dealer engagement, and demand generation. Performance Management: Develop and review monthly performance plans for the team to ensure achievement of sales targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development within the stone and marble industry. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
