Job Summary
Slidesigma is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a team of up to 15 designers and developers and to handle the execution of multiple client projects. As a Project Manager, you will be working with our internal teams and assist them in the execution of tasks in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to project scope and schedules as needed
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and reporting techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Requirements
- 6+ years of verifiable working experience in project management, preferable in the digital services field
- Excellent client-facing and internal leadership and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Located in New Delhi
Required - Good command over English
