Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for business development by connecting with builder + AID
- Responsible for regular market visits and follow up for new/old account development, lead generation and client retention.
- Identifying new streams for developing sales & marketing plans to build consumer preference among Architect, Builder & Developers across the assigned region.
- Utilizing client feedback and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads and revenue.
- Relation building activities, like weekly meetings as per plan, site visits as and when required, problem solving, supporting team to overcome difficult situations.
- Prepare yearly sales projections and accordingly give monthly plans for target achievement
- Liaison with key influencers for product specification
- Increase revenue contribution from kitchens in premium / luxury segment
