Job Summary

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase Loan Against Property business through branch networks.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Implement effective sales plans and initiatives to maximize LAP portfolio growth, leveraging the branch infrastructure and networks.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions for business expansion.
Collaborate closely with senior management to align sales strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, to ensure effective implementation of sales plans.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing and presenting reports to drive continuous improvement and meet or exceed targets.
