Job Summary
Job Title: Business Development Representative (Health IT) Location: Mumbai Experience: 5yrs to 9yrs Job Description. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, physician practices, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the healthcare IT market, informing strategic business development initiatives and sales tactics. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT directors, clinicians, and decision-makers within target healthcare organizations, leveraging networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales techniques. Educate potential clients on our health IT solutions, including electronic health records (EHR), practice management systems, telehealth platforms, revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, and other software products and services, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to develop tailored sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that address client needs and showcase the capabilities of our health IT solutions. Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, presentations, trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services, build brand awareness, and generate leads. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and finalize agreements in a timely manner. Stay informed about developments in healthcare policy, regulations, and industry standards related to health IT, and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies and customer engagements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
