  • Should have the relevant experience of a Business development manager who can work with targets.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
  • Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry.
  • Experience 3 years + experiences
  • Self-motivated individual, good team player and able to work to own initiative.
  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Ability to approach the clients positively and professionally.
  • Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
  • Identified potential clients and created/maintained contact list.
  • Acquired new clients and job orders by cold calling, emailing prospects, followed up on leads from consultants/referrals, attended.
  • Assess the business opportunity and technical feasibility.
  • Good in Sales Process
  • Good in handling all type of calls inbound / outbound
  • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations
  • Graduate/ Post-Graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills have the ability to write in correct English
  • Have the expertise in working in team and handle pressure and demands
  • Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
