Job Role: Assistant Manager Financial Management

Years of Experience required: 10+ years

Work Location: Gurgaon Position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Read contract documents and analyse financial information to extract the metadata

Understand different type of Invoices like Time and Material, Forecasting, Fixed fee, etc.

Extracting data from a range of sources and enter into the standard readable template

Follow procedures, guidelines and policies

Demonstrates excellent attention to detail when analyzing or interpreting data

Task orientated, inquisitive in nature and have an appetite to learn Minimal supervisory oversight and able to perform duties with minimal or no guidance

Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required

Deliver quality outputs by ensuring accuracy

Attend and participate in team and organizational initiatives

Create PO/Invoices on Tool in adherence to SOPs and quality log

Must have a flexible work schedule with ability to provide extra support in case of requirement


Preferred Knowledge & Skills

Financial Reporting or Accounting background

Knowledge on Outsourcing contracts, Vendor management team

Banking or Big4 experience preferred, but not essential

Exposure to billing/spend management tools like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Peoplesoft, Tally or any other P2P tool

Prior experience in managing financial reporting of different contract

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
