  • Oversee and manage recruitment metrics and reporting both on forecast and status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in HumanResources Management or related field.
  • Min5 of related experience inTalentAcquisitionwith a strong focus inITrecruitments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Possesses a proven ability to be hands-on and able to handle tactical issues while still maintaining a strategic mindset.
