Qualification : Graduate/ MBA in HR Preferred
- Plan, develop and implement an effectiveTalentAcquisition strategy.
- Partner closely with all key stakeholders.
- Be updated on latestTalentAcquisition frameworks, methodologies, processes and career development cultures to remain competitive in the market.
- Oversee and manage recruitment metrics and reporting both on forecast and status updates.
- Meet deadlines on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in HumanResources Management or related field.
- Min5 of related experience inTalentAcquisitionwith a strong focus inITrecruitments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Possesses a proven ability to be hands-on and able to handle tactical issues while still maintaining a strategic mindset.
